Louisville/NC Charlotte: Status of G Demon Brown?

Taking a long hard look at this game. Does anyone know the current status of NC Charlotte G Demon Brown? He is subject to suspension and questionable for tonight's game. He is their second leading scorer and averages 12.6 PPG, 72% FT, and 31.3% in 3 pointers. Anyone from the area that might have local news as to his playing status would be appreciated. I read the story at Covers; it said that although he played in their last game he wasn't effective. I'd expect the same tonight (if he plays at all).

Still no final decision on his status. He does have the deep thigh bruise that kept him out of two days of practice and limited his practice yesterday. No actions have been taken by the school. They continue to look into the incident. Even if he does play, how effective will he be with the injury and arrest??

At half time of the Wake Forest/Clemson game, ESPN just reported that G Demon Brown will not play tonight.
